Big Bag Defence System Deployed To Protect The City of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada from Snow Melt. (2011)
The award winning Big Bag Defence System was supplied to the City’s Department of Engineering in Medicine Hat.
It was deployed along the Saskatchewan River over night as the worst floods in over 150 years hit this region from the snow melt in the nearby Cypress Hills.
It remained deployed for the duration of the entire flood season.
